Technical Details
This emoji picker is a fully client-side tool that uses Unicode emoji characters. Skin tone modifiers are applied using Unicode Fitzpatrick scale code points (U+1F3FB through U+1F3FF). Recently used emojis are persisted in the browser's localStorage with a maximum of 24 entries. All emoji data is embedded in the component with no external API calls.
